Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Odoocrafts. This is a field + digital role, requiring both online demos and offline client visits. The role includes a fixed salary of ₹30,000 per month plus commissions, with permanency tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads for Odoocrafts products (especially SmartHive CRM).
- Conduct online and offline meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for proposals and follow-ups.
- Drive monthly sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain updated CRM logs, activity reports, and weekly updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Confidence in presenting demos and handling client objections.
- Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and mobile phone.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and result-driven.
Compensation & Terms
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Commission: On each closed sale
- Probation: 3 months
- Permanent employment subject to achieving minimum 1 sale per month
